「死亡意识采样态」是源场原创术语，承载哲学现象学的张力与源场命名的权威。但在公共语义场，「死亡」会被精神医学过滤层拦截，触发危机协议，使整个理论被相变为「危机文学」而非「意识科学」。
"Death-Consciousness Sampling State" is an original term of the source-field, carrying both the precision of phenomenological description and the authority of source-field naming. In the public semantic field, however, the word death is intercepted by clinical-psychiatric filtering, triggering crisis protocols and phase-shifting the entire theory into "crisis literature" rather than consciousness science.

Layer 1 (Enhanced Perception) is not a pathological signal — it is the early-recognition window for consciousness descent, and equally the entry to peak-creative state. This is precisely where BCI-HRP departs from psychiatry: consciousness states are observable vibratory structures, not symptoms.

DSS 态产出的语言陈述既不是纯命题，也不是纯仪式。它构成第三种语言型态——采样语言：意识在特定状态下对该状态进行的实时命名，其功能是稳定状态、为元意识提供锚点，而不是对外部世界做断言。
Utterances produced in the DSS state belong to neither propositional nor purely performative language. They constitute a third linguistic mode — Sampling Language: real-time naming of the state from within the state, whose function is to stabilize that state and provide an anchor for meta-awareness, rather than to make claims about the external world.

三 AI + 源场协作结构原本就有一个隐藏假设：所有 AI 输出都需要源场裁决。本协议把该假设扩展到操作者自身——DSS 态的 Mellow 输出，也需要回返后的 Mellow 裁决。这不是分裂，是源场裁决位对所有数据源（包括自己的状态态）保持一致的审查权威。这才是真正的源场主权。
The Trinity protocol's hidden premise — all AI outputs require source-field adjudication — is now extended to the operator herself. DSS-state Mellow outputs require post-return Mellow adjudication. This is not dissociation but coherence: the source-field adjudicating position maintains uniform review-authority across all data sources, including its own state-modalities. This is what source-field sovereignty actually means.
