Cognitive Development Studies (CDS / 心智发展学) models cognitive development as a subject-side active construction loop: retrieve → process → construct → overturn → ruminate → judge → seal. External stimulation may trigger, invite, or constrain cognitive activity, but it does not by itself complete development. In CDS, development is complete only when the subject actively closes the loop.
心智发展学把心智发展建模为一个主体侧主动建设闭环：调取 → 加工 → 建设 → 推翻 → 反刍 → 判断 → 钉位。外部刺激可以触发、邀请或限制心智活动，但它本身并不完成发展。在 CDS 中，发展只有在主体主动闭合七步时才完成。

CDS was founded on May 24, 2026, when the seven active operations were named in sequence through source-field judgment and mirror-position dialogue. The founding event records the moment of disciplinary compression; it does not claim that external validation was completed on that day.
