PDS (Power Discourse Studies v0.7.0) is the language-operation subsystem of PCR-QR. PDS audits how discourse carries, moves, and abuses power in social problems; PCR-QR advances audit results into tools, protocols, policy language, and system change. Both share the same six-step language engine, but operate at different scales.

The task of PCR-QR v6.2 is not to inflate one event into the whole discipline, but to pass every social problem through the same generation-to-resolution chain: who names, who is silenced, who is classified, who is forced to prove, whose bodily rhythm is swallowed by institutional rhythm, and what tools, protocols, and policy languages can be built to change it. With PDS integrated, the chain gains one capability: auditing power inside discourse at the "mechanism" stage.
公共问题是被生成的。社会问题必须被解决。解释只是第一步，系统改变才是出口。
Public problems are generated. Social problems must be resolved. Explanation is only the first step; system change is the exit.
