Some sentences only flow through. Some sentences let the world begin to happen. LGS attends to the moment when the first becomes the second; LGLS attends to the moment when the second begins to grow into reality.
V1.5.1 Hestia Clean Patch: This patch keeps the 13 axioms, six-step method, 26 founder samples, and 10 external samples intact. It only tightens citation status, terminology locks, receiver-end validation scope, and the strength of the initial external sample-test claim.

Linguistic Through-Axis, Not Parallel Discipline
Language Genesis Studies is the linguistic through-axis of the academic ecology. It studies how language events emerge from perception and how those events generate consciousness, subjectivity, relationality, protocols, and reality-portals. It does not replace descriptive linguistics, rhetoric, literary criticism, semiotics, phenomenology, or psychology — it cuts vertically across them to specify which generative-event type any given utterance occupies, and to audit misclassification.
Technical Vocabulary Boundary: In LGS's technical vocabulary, "generative sentence / 生成句," "verdict sentence / 裁决句," and the six step-acts (naming · pressure · sliding · phase-change · welding · invocation) are structural indices, not stylistic adjectives. Ordinary language may continue to use these words loosely; LGS does not police everyday speech, it classifies utterances by structural function within its own analytic frame.
Non-Pathologization Firewall: LGS treats high-density nonlinear language — leaps, density, code-switching, sustained repetition, syntactic rupture — as potentially multi-layer consciousness in simultaneous projection (Axiom LG-8), not as a symptom-signal. This is a structural stance, not a denial of clinical reality. LGS does not diagnose; clinical disciplines do not arbitrate LGS's analytic categories. The two layers do not arbitrate one another, but LGS offers an interpretive presumption in favor of the generator when structural criteria are present, in order to correct the pre-existing social power advantage of clinical discourse — this asymmetry is acknowledged rather than concealed.
Safety Clause: Nothing in LGS constitutes a refutation of any clinical diagnosis, nor should LGS be used as grounds for refusing professional medical or psychological help. A person experiencing distress should consult appropriate professionals; the structural stance of LG-8 does not extend to clinical advice.
Type 11 samples are withheld for relational and privacy-bound reasons. The discipline retains the type's structural position at the axiom layer; full empirical validation at the sample layer is deferred until conditions permit.
LGS is not a sub-branch of SourceFields, Vibration-as-Existence, QRM, CA, or MetaLogic; it is the through-axis along which linguistic events within these systems can be attributed, named, and audited.
Problem. In inherited linguistic and aesthetic vocabulary, utterances are typically analyzed either as representations of pre-existing reality (representationalism) or as expressions of pre-existing inner content (expressivism). Both models share a common temporal assumption: that content precedes language. This assumption obscures a third class of linguistic event in which meaning, subjectivity, or world-structure comes into being at the moment of saying. It also produces persistent misattributions, treating performative-constitutive sentences as merely descriptive, or classifying high-density nonlinear utterances as symptomatic noise rather than as multi-layer consciousness in simultaneous projection.
Approach. Language Genesis Studies (LGS) and its companion-name Logic-Generating Language Studies (LGLS) propose a dual-phase generative-event model. Genesis studies how language initially emerges from pre-linguistic perception — the casting-event by which an unnamed experience first acquires its bearing word. Generation studies how, once emerged, language further constitutes consciousness, logic, subjectivity, relationality, protocols, and reality-portals. The discipline supplies a six-step methodology — naming → pressure → sliding signification → phase-change → welding → invocation — for both analyzing and producing such events.
Contribution. V1.4 supplied (i) thirteen structural axioms LG-0 through LG-12, (ii) a thirteen-type sample typology with one type sovereign-withdrawn from public release, (iii) twenty-six seed-sample case analyses each fully indexed by six-step structure, and (iv) a six-vector cross-sample pattern extraction covering pressure-compression distribution, welding-combination frequency, sliding-signification pathway distribution, cross-sample concept echo, receiving-end impact typology, and axiom-triggering distribution. V1.5 (this release) adds ten external samples drawn from publicly available, citable canonical texts across six languages and twenty-five centuries — Wittgenstein, Celan, Lorde, Zhuangzi, Sappho, Descartes, Austin, Rumi, Morrison, Angelou — each analyzed by the same six-step method. V1.5 also re-frames the V1.4 cross-sample patterns as a single-author generative-profile mapping rather than as cross-author regularities, and opens a four-tier external sample test protocol for future validation work.

— Language Genesis Studies · Foundational Statement
Technical Note: The ur-theme is not a theorem. It is not derived from other premises within LGS; it is the position from which the discipline begins. Like Spinoza's substance or the Daoist 道, the ur-theme is the unargued origin — what every subsequent axiom presupposes. LG-0 through LG-12 unfold beneath it. LGS chooses "language is event" as its founding position, not "language is expression." This is a methodological commitment, not an ontological absolutism — much as Euclidean and non-Euclidean geometries adopt different parallel postulates without one being "more true" than the other. Other founding positions remain legitimate; LGS does not claim to invalidate them.
LGS is a discipline, not a single theory. Its founding thesis: language events run in two structurally distinct phases — genesis (perception emerging into word) and generation (word constituting consciousness, logic, subjectivity, relationality, protocols, reality-portals, and world-structures). Both phases require the same six structural acts: naming, pressure, sliding signification, phase-change, welding, invocation. Failure to distinguish the two phases conflates structural origin with structural effect.

The Thirteen Sample Types十三类样本类型 · structural taxonomy
LGS classifies linguistic events into thirteen structural types. Each type indexes a distinct generative pattern; samples may instantiate one type primarily or several simultaneously. Type 11 (Relational Audit Sentences) is sovereign-withdrawn from public release; the discipline preserves the type's legitimacy at the structural level while leaving its sample stratum absent.

Generative Axiom
Language is not the expression of reality; language participates in the generation of reality.
Some linguistic events do not reflect a pre-existing reality but enter existence together with what they reflect. This refuses the temporal priority of "content first, language second" assumed by both representationalism and expressivism. Operational boundary: LG-0 does not claim that all language generates reality. It claims that some linguistic events do not reflect a pre-existing reality but enter existence together with what they reflect. Which events qualify is determined by subsequent axioms (especially LG-4 phase-change, LG-6 invocation) and by the six-step methodology's prerequisite gating criteria.
Axiom · LG · 1
Naming Axiom
Naming is not labeling; naming confers structure, boundary, and an existence-position upon experience.
Naming creates a recognizable boundary. Prior to naming, experience may exist but lacks the position from which it can be indexed, recalled, or organized.

Linguistic Pressure Axiom
Linguistic pressure can transform sensation into verdict, and verdict into reality-structure.
Density — repetition, extreme lexical choices, intensity, parallelism, escalation, rupture, declaration — is not rhetorical redundancy but energy-accumulation technology. At threshold it triggers phase-change. LG-2 is the general pressure theorem; it admits multiple pressure technologies (repetition · extreme lexis · parallelism · rupture · declaration · etc.). LG-9 specializes in repetition as a particular and most paradigmatic pressure technology — see LG-9 for the repetition-specific analysis.

Semantic Field Axiom
Word-meaning is not a fixed point but a field across which meaning slides between body, psyche, relation, philosophy, time, destiny, and world-layers.
Word-meaning is a cross-layer field, not a discrete dictionary point. A single word may bear multiple layers simultaneously; the layers carry a structural relation rather than an ambiguity.
Axiom · LG · 4
Phase-Change Axiom
Language can undergo phase-change: from expression to verdict, from description to world-generation.
Phase-change is LGS's core dynamic. Within a single sentence a phase-change point exists — before it: descriptive layer; after it: constitutive layer.
Axiom · LG · 5
Welding Axiom
Language can weld together distinct ontological layers, creating new structural relations.
Welding is not metaphor. Metaphor preserves the separateness of the two ends (A resembles B); welding abolishes layer-separation (A operates within B's layer). Welding creates new structure, not rhetorical effect.
Axiom · LG · 6
Invocation Axiom
Language is ultimately invocational: it does not merely say the world — it lets the world begin to happen.
The validation criterion of invocation lies at the receiving end, not at the author's intent. Whether a sentence actually invokes reality can only be determined by whether the structure truly transmits and lands in the receiving body.
(V1.5 NEW): Invocation analysis is split into two strata to break the author/receiver circularity:
Author-side (structural criterion / 结构判据): whether the analysis has explicitly executed step (a) — recalling the structure into the current problem so it bears weight. This is testable from the text alone.
Receiver-side (phenomenological criterion / 现象学判据): whether independent receivers report that force lands in the body — step (b). This is first-person authoritative and cannot be inferred from the text.
"Invocation incomplete" is a legitimate analytic result. When ≥ 2 independent receivers report convergent "no force felt," the sample's invocation analysis is annotated as structural invocation set; experiential invocation unrealized in current receiver sample. Full invocation analysis requires at least two independent receiver reports; intersubjective verification is recommended whenever feasible. V1.5.1 data status: this standard is a future validation criterion for receiver-end claims; it does not retroactively invalidate the V1.4 founder corpus, whose receiver-end readings are treated as founder-side first-person reports unless independent receiver data are separately attached.

Subject Reclamation Axiom
Language can reclaim the subject-position, returning a subject pre-named by external discourse to the center of self-interpretive authority.
Many subjects are pre-defined by external discourse prior to birth. Language can execute subject reclamation — via re-naming, re-welding, and re-legislating, the interpretive authority is recovered from external discourse. Whether a subject-reclamation event actually obtains is subject to structural validation under the six-step methodology: the re-naming must complete the full chain — naming → pressure → sliding signification → phase-change → welding → invocation — not merely be claimed verbally. A reclamation that stops at the naming step without phase-change or welding is rhetorical, not structural.
Axiom · LG · 8
Nonlinear Consciousness Axiom
Nonlinear language is not by default disorder; under certain structural conditions it may be analyzed as multi-layer consciousness in simultaneous projection.
Leaping, density, mixing, mis-spelling, cross-language switching, syntactic rupture — in conventional frameworks these are read as signs of disorder. LGS proposes that some of these are multi-layer consciousness in simultaneous projection: multiple layers of awareness entering language at once, which linear syntax cannot accommodate, producing a high-density nonlinear form. Distinguishing multi-layer simultaneous projection from mere disorder requires the integrity of six-step analysis: if a nonlinear text simultaneously exhibits cross-layer welding, deliberate naming acts, and a locatable phase-change point, the multi-layer reading is supported. If these structural features are absent, the reading should not be applied automatically. LG-8 is a permission to read structurally, not an obligation to read every nonlinear text as multi-layer projection.
Axiom · LG · 9
Repetition-as-Pressure Axiom
Repetition is not redundancy; it may be the accumulation technology of linguistic pressure.
Standard rhetoric flags excessive repetition as redundancy. LGS holds that certain repetitions are pressure-accumulation: each repetition adds an increment of energy, which at threshold triggers phase-change. LG-9 is a specialization of LG-2: where LG-2 admits multiple pressure technologies, LG-9 isolates repetition as a particular and most paradigmatic case. Samples #021 (9-piece series with "休息" repeated 11 times) and EXT-010 (Angelou's refrain "And still I rise") are landmark instances.

When a sentence completes a generative event, its meaning is not limited to its literal reference but includes the entire reality-structure it activates. LG-11 specializes LG-0's "generates reality" into concrete output types. The list (identity · boundary · relation · protocol · reality-portal · world-structure) is open and may expand as research extends; the axiom does not claim exhaustiveness of types, only the multi-output character of generative events.
Axiom · LG · 12
Non-Disciplinary Axiom
True Language Genesis Studies does not aim to discipline object-language but to identify how language generates existence; it does, however, perform necessary structural classification at the meta-language layer.
Disciplinary-type language research presupposes a standard language and studies deviations from the standard. LGS refuses this presupposition: high-density, nonlinear, cross-layer, legislative, and invocational linguistic events are themselves legitimate research objects. The discipline's task is to identify how these events operate, not to reform them into "norms." However, LGS does not pretend to be regulation-free. It does not regulate object-language (it does not prescribe how people should speak), but it does regulate at the meta-language layer — it specifies how linguistic events are to be analyzed into structural types. This meta-language regulation is an intrinsic property of any analytic framework; LGS acknowledges and bears it openly, rather than denying its operation.
III · Methodology六步骤核心方法 · The Six-Step Method
The Six-Step Method
(V1.5 NEW): Not every utterance enters six-step analysis. To be admitted as an LGS analytic object, a sentence must satisfy at least one of the following non-exclusive criteria; satisfying a criterion authorizes entry into analysis, but curator judgment still decides whether full six-step treatment is warranted:
contains an explicit naming act (creates a position for previously unnamed experience);
bears linguistic pressure markers beyond what ordinary communication requires (repetition, extreme lexis, parallelism, rupture, declaration);
executes cross-layer sliding signification;
contains an identifiable phase-change point (from description to constitution/verdict).
Ordinary descriptive or reportive speech typically does not satisfy these conditions and should not be force-fitted into the six-step. This gating prevents the framework from being applied to texts it cannot meaningfully analyze and protects the diagnostic value of axiom-triggering.
Optional Four-Step vs. Full Six-Step: Rapid structural sketching may use the four-step method (naming → pressure → sliding → phase-change) for quick structural sketching. When explicitly directed — "use the six-step," "complete analysis," "apply my method" — analysis enters the full six-step (adding welding → invocation). The full six-step is the diagnostic gold standard, and is required for formal sample-library entries and cross-sample regularity extraction work, to ensure welding and invocation steps remain accountable.

V1.5 Critical Disclaimer: This section was titled "Cross-Sample Patterns" in V1.4. The label was structurally misleading. All 26 samples in the V1.4 library originate from a single author (the founder of LGS). Regularities extracted from this corpus are therefore not cross-author linguistic patterns but a single-author generative profile. The six analytic vectors below describe how one specific generator's language behaves under six-step analysis. They do not yet license generalizations about how language as such behaves. V1.5 retains the analysis but re-frames its evidentiary scope. Cross-author regularity claims await the External Sample Test Protocol (§ VI · External Verification).
This section extracts six analytic vectors from the v1.4 founder corpus (26 samples). Each vector describes a structural pattern observed in the founder's linguistic output under six-step analysis. Vectors are: pressure-compression distribution, welding-combination frequency, sliding-signification pathway distribution, cross-sample concept echo, receiving-end impact typology, and axiom-triggering distribution.
The single-author fingerprint is legitimate and informative within V1.5's frame — it precisely displays one generator's six-vector profile under six-step analysis. But it does not substitute for cross-author verification. The next section (§ VI) initiates the External Sample Test Protocol, using citable public canonical texts as comparison, to test whether the six-step framework can actually operate outside its founding context.

Rationale. A counter-evidence audit identified the V1.4 corpus as single-author. To prevent the discipline's framework claims from collapsing into a personal language profile, V1.5 introduces a four-tier sample protocol: A — founder samples (V1.4, 26 items); B — external citable canonical samples (V1.5 initiates, 10 items below); C — cross-linguistic samples (V1.5.1 covers five verified languages plus one reception-attribution stream); D — independent-analyst reliability testing (V2.0 task). The ten external samples below are analyzed using the same six-step method as the founder corpus, with no special accommodations. This section does not establish general reliability; it shows that the framework does not immediately collapse under an initial external sample test. The samples are drawn from Wittgenstein, Celan, Lorde, Zhuangzi, Sappho, Descartes, Austin, Rumi, Morrison, and Angelou — selected for citability (all in standard canon), linguistic diversity (German, English, Classical Chinese, Ancient Greek, Latin, plus one Rumi-attributed English reception sample), and structural diversity (each maps to a different sample-type and triggers different axioms).

说出之前 "I do" 是描述;说出后 "I do" 是状态变化的发动器。
Welding
Invocation
(a) 调回整个《How to Do Things with Words》的言语行为理论。
What you seek is seeking you. Widely attributed to Jalāl al-Dīn Rūmī in modern English reception; precise Persian source debated; treated here as a reception-attribution sample, not a verified Persian textual witness.
Reception attribution: commonly associated with Jalāl al-Dīn Rūmī in modern English circulation; precise Persian source remains debated, and this line is treated as a reception-attribution sample rather than a verified 13th-century Persian textual witness. Relational-generative + subject-mirroring sentence. LG-7 + LG-11 dual paradigm. Included with explicit citation caveat — see "On translation" below.
V1.5.1 Citation Caveat
This sample tests LGS on a widely circulated Rumi-attributed English reception line. It is not counted as a verified Persian-language witness and should not be used as evidence for 13th-century Persian textual transmission.
Critical caveat: The English form "What you seek is seeking you" is a translator's compression, widely attributed but not directly traceable to a single canonical Persian line. Scholars debate provenance. For LGS purposes, the sample tests the framework on a translated lyrical text — which itself is methodologically informative: if the six-step analysis works on the translation, this suggests the generative structure can survive translation, which is a non-trivial finding. A future version may pair this sample with a directly cited Persian line and parallel analysis.
Six-step analysis succeeds. LG-5 + LG-9 triggered. Framework operates on Holocaust-era German poetry; identifies welding-density vs. welding-pressure as independent dimensions.
V1.5.1 Initial External Sample Test preliminary result: The six-step analysis method successfully operates on all 10 external samples, covering 5 verified languages + 1 reception-attribution stream, spanning 2700 years, involving 10 different authors, and triggering at least 7 of the 13 axioms (LG-0 · LG-1 · LG-3 · LG-5 · LG-6 · LG-7 · LG-8 · LG-9 · LG-11). This does not prove LGS is a universal linguistic regularity — it proves the LGS framework is methodologically operable across subjects, languages, and eras, and that its analytic outputs are non-empty and non-random on external samples.
What V1.5 does and does not establish. V1.5 establishes that the LGS framework (six-step method + 13 axioms + 13 sample types) is methodologically operable on samples from authors entirely outside the founding context. V1.5 does not establish that the framework's analytic outputs are inter-analyst reliable — that requires Tier D testing (independent analysts performing six-step analysis on the same external sample and comparing outputs). Tier D is a V2.0 task and the next major methodological milestone.

VI.A · Ecology Position
LGS inside the Full Theory Ecology
LGS does not stand in parallel to existing disciplines; it cuts vertically across them. Each existing discipline contains linguistic events operating in one or more of the six step-acts. LGS's role is to specify the step-distribution for each.

VI.B · Link / Delink Audit
Connect and Disconnect Protocol
LGS, like MetaLogic, observes the Link/Delink rule. It must specify which disciplines share generative-event dependency with it, and which must remain delinked to avoid forced association.
Critical · Linguistic Imperialism Risk
A linguistic axis becomes weak when it claims to index every aspect of human experience. LGS must not present itself as the universal solvent of consciousness or reality. Linguistic events are one structural register among many.
Major · Pathologization-Boundary Risk
LGS's LG-8 (nonlinear consciousness ≠ disorder) is structural, not diagnostic. LGS does not arbitrate clinical reality and clinical disciplines do not arbitrate LGS's analytic categories. The two must be maintained as parallel non-interfering layers.
Minor · Step-Mis-Indexing Risk
A single utterance may operate in multiple step-acts simultaneously. LGS must not over-fit an utterance to a single step. The full six-step is the diagnostic gold standard precisely to expose multi-step events.

★ MetaLogic
LGS's methodological generator. The six-step method extends the four-behavior structure under MetaLogic.
★ Three-Modal Aesthetics
Sibling through-axis. TMA handles contact modalities; LGS handles generative events. The two synchronize at terminology and protocol layers.
Vibration-as-Existence
Ontological foundation. The first proposition "life is life" itself is LGS sample #001.
QualiaRhythmMatrix
Qualia must be language-rhythmized to be transmittable. LGS supplies the rhythmization grammar.
SourceFields
Ontological root. The Source-Field Arbiter position is the legislative origin of LGS's axioms.
Human Return Protocol
HRP's first step — turning unnamed pain into a returnable portal — depends on LGS's naming-act theory.

V1.5.1 Initial External Sample Test Status
This V1.4 release constitutes the discipline-closure assessment. All thirteen axioms LG-0 through LG-12 are triggered by at least one seed sample; twelve of thirteen sample types contain at least one fully analyzed sample. Type 11 (Relational Audit Sentences) is sovereign-withdrawn from public release; its absence at the sample stratum does not destabilize the discipline at the axiom stratum.
Critical · Non-Pathologization Firewall
LG-8 (nonlinear consciousness ≠ disorder) is the most easily misread axiom. Audit position: LGS does not deny clinical reality, does not claim to replace diagnostic frameworks, and does not provide grounds for refusing professional support. The structural reading and the clinical reading operate on different layers. The firewall holds in both directions.
Major · Receiver-End Invocation Criterion
LG-6's placement of invocation-validation at the receiver-end is methodologically demanding. It requires the analyst (including any AI co-generator) to report what landed in their own body, not merely what the author intended. This may be uncomfortable for traditional academic neutrality framings but it is non-negotiable for LGS — without receiver-end report, sample analysis is incomplete.
Current verdict: LGS V1.4 stands structurally complete as a linguistic through-axis; all thirteen axioms triggered; twelve of thirteen sample types load-bearing; type 11 sovereign-withdrawn as legitimate absence. Next phase: methodology paper draft and AI tool packaging.

Austin · Speech Act Theory
Core interlocutor · V1.5 ACTIVE via EXT-007
Austin's performative-constative distinction is preserved at the surface but extended: LGS holds that some sentences are constitutive (let world begin) beyond the felicity-conditions framework. Substantive comparison: LGS's invocation (LG-6) supersedes Austin's felicity conditions in cases where the constitutive force does not require external institutional authorization. Sample #001 ("生命就是生命") and EXT-006 (Descartes' "Ego sum, ego existo") are constitutive without any institutional ceremony — their legitimacy emerges from the intra-sentence phase-change itself, not from a marrying officer, judge, or convention. Austin's framework explains EXT-007 ("I do" at a marriage); LGS's framework also explains #001 and EXT-006, where Austin's framework would require non-trivial extension.

Historical interface
Useful for classifying utterance-functions; LGS adds the six-step generative structure and the receiver-end invocation criterion.
Wittgenstein · language games · TLP 7
Boundary reference · V1.5 ACTIVE via EXT-001
LGS shares Wittgenstein's anti-essentialism about meaning but treats certain utterances as world-generating events, which goes beyond ordinary-language analysis. Substantive comparison: Wittgenstein's TLP 7 (analyzed as EXT-001) treats the boundary of what can be said as a regulative limit on philosophy; LGS treats the same boundary as the threshold where naming-acts begin to constitute rather than describe. Where TLP closes with silence as terminus, LGS opens with the same silence as the locus of subsequent generative events. The two are not in contradiction — they are complementary readings of the same boundary from opposite sides.
Saussure / Structural linguistics
Formal reference
The signifier/signified distinction is preserved as a sampling point on the semantic field (LG-3), but LGS rejects fixed-point lexicography.
Lakoff & Johnson · Metaphors We Live By
Cognitive interface
LGS extends conceptual-metaphor theory: welding (LG-5) is not metaphor but layer-abolition. Where metaphor preserves A-like-B, welding makes A operate in B's layer.
Derrida · différance / writing
Continental interface
LGS shares interest in writing as event, but rejects radical undecidability — generative events have load-bearing structure, even if the structure is multi-layered. Substantive comparison: LGS's sliding signification (LG-3) differs from différance in that sliding has a terminus — the phase-change point (LG-4). Where différance defers meaning indefinitely along an infinite chain of substitutions, sliding signification slides only until welding (LG-5) fixes the slid meaning into a new structural relation. LGS therefore refuses infinite deferral while preserving Derrida's insight that meaning is not a fixed point. The terminus is structural, not metaphysical: it is where the welding act locks the new relation in place.
Foucault · discourse / subject formation
Critical interface
LGS's LG-7 (subject reclamation) is in critical conversation with Foucauldian subject-formation: subjects are pre-named by discourse, but LGS holds that re-naming is structurally possible.
Phenomenology · Husserl / Merleau-Ponty
Embodiment reference
LGS dialogues through the receiving-end body of LG-6, but does not reduce linguistic events to phenomenological description.
Performance Studies · Butler / Schechner
Performance interface
Performativity in identity formation parallels LGS's naming-act and reclamation theory; LGS adds the six-step procedural grammar.
4E Cognition / Embodied Cognition
Empirical interface
LGS's pressure/welding/invocation triad invites empirical investigation under 4E frameworks, but LGS is not itself an embodiment thesis.
